The organic certification was the main reason I picked this one, and I like that it's a straightforward herbal capsule without any weird additives. My stress levels feel more manageable since I started taking it with breakfast.

I've been taking two capsules each morning with breakfast and the biggest difference I notice is how much more even-keeled I feel during stressful workdays. The organic label mattered to me and the capsules are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste.

Six weeks in and I'm sleeping deeper than I have in years, which honestly surprised me since I usually don't notice supplements doing much. The capsules are easy to swallow and the organic label gives me peace of mind about what I'm putting in my body.
