I've been taking these for about six weeks and my nails are noticeably less brittle, which I didn't expect from a collagen pill. The capsules go down easy with a glass of water and don't leave any aftertaste.

Capsules are so much easier for me than powders—no mixing, no measuring, just two with breakfast. I've been taking them for about three weeks and my skin feels noticeably more hydrated, which is the main reason I bought them.

My stomach has been way more settled since I switched to these capsules, and I love that I don't have to mix any powder into my morning coffee anymore. They're easy to swallow and fit perfectly into my daily vitamin routine without any fuss.
