Ancient Multivitamin pro muže jednou denně - Ancient Nutrition

The methylated B-vitamins were the main reason I picked this, and my energy levels have been steadier through the afternoon without that jittery crash. Three weeks in, the once-daily format is easy to stick with, and no weird aftertaste.

The methylated B vitamins are exactly what I needed—no more mid-afternoon crash like I got with cheaper multis. I’ve been taking it for three weeks now with breakfast and it’s easy on my stomach, which was my biggest worry.

I was a bit skeptical about another daily pill, but the methylated B vitamins actually made a noticeable difference in my afternoon energy within about two weeks. It's one small tablet, so no more choking down those giant horse pills.
