Kostní vývar Protein - Ancient Nutrition

The convenience of one scoop actually makes me stick with it daily, which is huge for me since I usually forget supplements. I’ve noticed my joints feel more stable during workouts, and it mixes cleanly into my morning coffee without clumping.

My knees don't ache when I get out of bed anymore, and pouring this into my morning coffee is the easiest part of my routine. One scoop dissolves clean enough and I actually feel the joint support working.

Took a scoop after my workouts and my knees have stopped creaking on stairs, which is the joint support I was hoping for. It dissolves clean in cold water without that chalky grit I've dealt with in other powders. That ancient superfood convenience really does the trick.
