Kreatin + kolagen

I was skeptical about mixing the two into my morning smoothie, but the powder blends in without clumping and I’ve noticed my joints feel less achy after workouts. It’s a simple add to my routine that I actually look forward to now.

The unflavored powder dissolves clean in water, no clumps stuck at the bottom like other mixes I've tried. I've been stirring it into my morning yogurt for two weeks and it doesn't change the taste at all.

Three weeks in and my post-workout shake finally has that one-scoop simplicity I was after—no more juggling two separate jars. The lack of any weird aftertaste is a win, and recovery feels noticeably less sore the next day.
