The capsule size is easy to swallow, which matters to me since I struggle with big pills. I've added them to my morning routine after breakfast and noticed my joints feel less creaky during my afternoon walks. For a supplement that's this simple to take daily, that's a win.

I’ve been taking these capsules with breakfast for three weeks now and I like that I don’t have to mix any powder or deal with a gritty aftertaste. The capsule size is manageable and hasn’t upset my stomach at all, which was my main worry. Just a solid, easy addition to my mornings.

The capsule form is so easy to swallow that I actually remember to take it every morning with my coffee. Three weeks in, my skin feels more hydrated and I've stopped reaching for the ibuprofen after my morning runs.
