Multi Collagen Protein tyčinky v balení - Ancient Nutrition

I've been tossing one of these stick packs into my gym bag and mixing it into my coffee, no clumps at all. The 10 types of hydrolyzed collagen is way more than the single-source powder I used before.

Ten grams of collagen per stick, and I actually notice it in my nails after about three weeks. The powder dissolves in cold coffee without clumping, which is more than I can say for the tub stuff I used before.

I’ve been tossing these in my carry-on for work trips, and the stick packs are a lifesaver when hotel food leaves me feeling blah. The hydrolyzed collagen dissolves cleanly in cold water, and the added vitamin C is a nice touch I actually noticed.
