Multi Collagen Protein 5-pakning sticks - Ancient Nutrition

I've been mixing a stick into my morning coffee for about a month and my joints feel noticeably less creaky after runs. The powder dissolves without that chalky film other collagens leave behind. Ten grams per packet is a solid dose too.

The stick packs are a lifesaver on work trips — no scooping powder or lugging a tub, just tear one into cold coffee. Ten types of collagen plus the probiotics is way more than my old powder had, and my knees have felt noticeably better after a month.

I was skeptical about collagen powders being messy, but these pre-measured sticks are perfect for my work bag. The hydrolyzed blend dissolves cleanly in my morning coffee, and I notice the Vitamin C makes it feel like more than just protein.
