Kolagen Protein Multi

The texture is easy to swallow, and the powder dissolves without clumping in my morning smoothie. I’ve noticed my digestion feels steadier since starting it, and the Bacillus coagulans strain seems to handle my busy schedule just fine.

Took a week of daily use before I noticed my digestion felt more settled and regular, but now it's a permanent part of my routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and I love that the probiotic strain is tough enough to survive my erratic travel schedule without losing effectiveness.

I've been adding this to my morning smoothie for three weeks now and the Bacillus coagulans strain really seems to hold up—no bloating by mid-afternoon even on days I eat heavier. The powder dissolves clean with no chalky aftertaste, which surprised me.
