Rapid Hydration 15 Stick Packs - Ancient Nutrition

The coconut water base makes these taste less salty than most electrolyte mixes I've tried, which is a win. They dissolve fine in cold water, though I did need to shake the bottle a bit more than expected. Solid option for a post-run refill.

Always have a packet tucked in my gym bag for those heavy sweat sessions, and the coconut water base mixes up clean without that chalky feel. Good balance of saltiness, though I wish the box came with a few more of my favorite flavor.
