Active Peptides マグネシウムコンプレックス - Ancient Nutrition

I've been sleeping through the night for the first time in months, which I credit to taking these about an hour before bed. The mix of four magnesium forms plus that adaptogen really seems to do the trick without any morning grogginess.

This is the first supplement that actually made a dent in my stress levels—the adaptogen blend with those four magnesium forms seems to do the trick. I’ve been sleeping through the night for the past two weeks straight, which hasn’t happened in years. Well worth the price.

I’ve tried a lot of magnesium supplements that just made me bloated, but this one with four different forms goes down easy and actually helps me unwind after a stressful day. The adaptogen in it is a smart addition—I felt a noticeable difference in my sleep quality by the third night.
