ボーンブロスプロテイン

I was skeptical about adding another powder to my routine, but this one dissolves cleanly in my morning coffee with no weird aftertaste. Knowing it comes from grass-fed European cows makes me feel better about what I'm putting in my body, and I've noticed my joints feel less creaky after a few weeks

Took a chance on this after reading about grass-fed sourcing, and it’s been a solid addition to my morning shake. I like that it’s non-GMO and from European farms, and the collagen blend is a nice bonus for my joints.

The collagen types I and III make this a solid pick for my joints, and I love that it dissolves cleanly in my afternoon smoothie without any chalky aftertaste. Knowing it's from grass-fed European cows seals the deal for me—this is the first protein I've actually stuck with.
