I was skeptical about capsules over powder, but two weeks of this and my knuckles don't crack when I grip a coffee mug in the morning. Love that the 10 types come from real food sources, not just one. My skin's also got that plump look back.

Four capsules a day feel like a tiny insurance policy for my joints—I’ve noticed my knees don’t crack as much during morning walks since starting these. The fact that they pull from four real food sources (not just one) is what sold me, and the hydrolyzed form means no chalky aftertaste at all.

Took these with breakfast every day for a month, and the capsules are so easy to swallow that I never skipped a dose. The blend of four real food sources gives me peace of mind that I'm not just getting one type of collagen.
