The blend is surprisingly smooth for something with MCT oil and collagen—no chalky aftertaste at all. I've swapped my usual coffee for this in the afternoon and the focus boost lasts without any jittery crash.

I’ve been mixing this into my morning smoothie for two weeks now and the adaptogens actually seem to take the edge off my afternoon crash. The MCT oil gives it a subtle richness that I didn’t expect, and it tastes more like a treat than a health supplement.

I’ve tried a lot of matchas that turn bitter or chalky, but this one dissolves smooth and actually tastes like real green tea. The collagen and MCT oil blend in without leaving that weird oily film on my tongue. It’s become my afternoon ritual.
