Kreatin + kollagen bilde

The lemon flavor makes these gel packs almost too easy to take, and I’ve noticed my post-workout recovery feels noticeably smoother since I started using them. The convenience of the single-serve packs means I can toss one in my gym bag and not deal with scooping powder or mixing a drink.

These gel packs have been a game-changer for my post-workout routine—the texture is smooth and the lemon taste isn't overly sweet. I just squeeze one into my water bottle before lifting and it dissolves completely with no gritty residue.

The lemon flavor actually makes these gel packs taste like a treat rather than a chore, which is rare for supplements. I slide one into my gym bag and squeeze it back right after lifting, and it’s become a non-negotiable part of my routine.
