Kreatyna + Kolagen Stick Packs - Ancient Nutrition

I usually don't notice a difference with supplements, but the 5g of creatine per pack is easy to down in a glass of water and doesn't leave that gritty aftertaste I've dealt with before. The eggshell membrane collagen is a nice bonus, keeps my joints feeling good after workouts.

Took these on a trip to avoid hauling a big tub, and the stick packs held up fine in my bag. The 5g of creatine per serving is exactly what I needed, though I wish the powder dissolved a bit faster in water. Solid option for travel days when I’d otherwise skip my routine.

Mixing these into my morning shake is way easier than scooping powder, and the fermented eggshell membrane collagen is a nice bonus I didn't expect. Only gripe is the packs rip open a bit unevenly sometimes, but the 5g creatine each makes it worth it.
