Creatine + Collagen Stick Packs - Ancient Nutrition

I usually don't notice a difference with supplements, but the 5g of creatine per pack is easy to down in a glass of water and doesn't leave that gritty aftertaste I've dealt with before. The eggshell membrane collagen is a nice bonus, keeps my joints feeling good after workouts.
