These tablets are so easy to swallow, which honestly surprised me since I usually gag on bigger supplements. The lack of any aftertaste is a huge bonus too, I can take them right before bed without that gross lingering flavor. My stomach hasn't had a single issue with them.

My stomach has always been picky about supplements, but these tablets go down with zero irritation and I never taste them afterward. A full month in and my joints feel noticeably calmer, which is more than I can say for the capsules I used to choke down.

The tablets slide down so easily that I don't even need water most mornings, and my stomach hasn't complained once. They dissolve fast and leave zero gritty taste behind, which is a huge win for me since I'm sensitive to that.
