有機超級綠葉 - Ancient Nutrition

The first ingredient I checked was organic and the powder blends into my morning water with no clumps, which surprised me. Getting 25+ superfoods into my day used to mean a trip to the juice bar, but now I just shake this up before work and actually look forward to it.

I was skeptical about powdered greens, but this one dissolves completely in water with no chalky grit. The taste is surprisingly mild and earthy, not at all like a mouthful of grass. I've swapped my afternoon snack for this and notice I don't crash anymore.

Mixing this into my morning smoothie takes about ten seconds, and I honestly feel like I've had a serving of vegetables before lunch. The powder dissolves clean without that chalky grit I've dealt with in other blends.
