I was skeptical about a fermented multivitamin but figured I'd give it a shot — my stomach has been way less sensitive taking these compared to the gummies I used before. Only a week in and I already feel less sluggish in the afternoons, so that's a win.

The cookies these vitamins come with are useful for tracking my interests as I browse, which is a nice bonus. Three weeks in, I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy—I’m not crashing by mid-afternoon, and the fermented blend seems easier on my stomach than other multis I’ve tried.

I’ve been taking these for three weeks now and the fermented formula is so much gentler on my stomach than the chewables I used to fight through. The tablets are small enough to swallow without a struggle, which honestly makes the daily habit way easier to stick with.
