Finally a creatine supplement I can actually stick with — the three-in-one combo means I don't have to juggle three separate powders before a workout. The stick packs fit right into my gym bag pocket, and mixing it into my water bottle takes about ten seconds. I've noticed my recovery feels quicker

The stick packs dissolve cleanly in my shaker with no gritty residue, which is exactly what I hoped for after trying other powders. Mixing everything into one packet saves me from hauling three separate containers to work, and I actually look forward to the routine now.

I’ve been tossing these in my gym bag for weeks now, and the single-serving stick packs are a lifesaver when I’m rushing between meetings and workouts. The mix blends up smooth in my shaker with no clumps, which is more than I can say for other powders I’ve tried.
