Creatine + Collagen - Ancient Nutrition

Took one after my morning workout and the gel consistency made it stupidly easy to get down compared to mixing powder. The 5g of creatine plus the fermented eggshell collagen in one pack is exactly what I wanted for recovery.

I was skeptical about the texture, but these gel packs are surprisingly easy to swallow and don't leave that chalky aftertaste you get with powders. The 5g of creatine plus the fermented eggshell membrane collagen is exactly the combo I wanted, and I just tear one open after my workout—no shaker cup

The gel packs are so convenient I keep one in my gym bag every day, and the 5g of creatine per serving is exactly what I need post-workout without any mixing hassle. The fermented eggshell membrane collagen is a nice bonus for my joints—I've noticed less stiffness since starting these.
